Mezzo-Soprano Amber Reeves recently completed her Master of Performance degree at the Royal College of Music. She continues her studies under the tutelage of Veronica Veysey Campbell and Janet Haney.

She is a returning member of the company at The Dorset Opera Festival, where her roles include Cherubino in Le Nozze di Figaro and The Madrigal Singer in Puccini’s Manon Lescaut. In their 2024 season, she performed as Kate Pinkerton in Madama Butterfly. In Summer 2024, she also sang the role of Emmy in Gothic Opera’s critically acclaimed production of Marschner’s Der Vampyr as part of the Grimeborn Festival.

With the RCM International Opera Studio, Amber has performed as Juno (Orpheus in the Underworld) and Il Cucculo (La Bella Dormente Nell’bosco).

Amber is an experienced chorister - having sung with the St Catharine’s College Choir during her undergraduate studies at Cambridge University, she now sings with I Tredici.
